Born and raised in the Bay Area and the son of founder Dick Modzeleski, Adam learned early the value of a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and treating every client like family. He has been named Best Mortgage Broker and Best Businessperson, serves on City of Newark boards, is VP of the NorCal Weichert Broker Council and teaches real estate at Menlo College.
